The client is aware and agrees to adhere to the following cancellation policies for the
use of the boat. BOATY will be empowered to make cancellations to reservations with the
right to refund the rate to the client when any of the following cases occurs:

Technical problems in the boat that prevent the start or interrupt the correct
development of the navigation of the boat.

In
the event of weather conditions that are so extreme that they directly compromise
the safety of the passengers or the vessel. Cancellation due to extreme weather
conditions can only be taken by the BOATY and not by the user. In the understanding
that situations such as rain, bad weather, cloudy skies, wind are not grounds for
cancellation of the service by the user.

For
any reason that in the opinion of BOATY compromises the correct development of the
service or the safety of the passengers or the boat.
In
all the above cases, BOATY will have up to a maximum period of 45 days to make the
refund of the payment made, in the understanding that there will be no responsibility
if, due to causes attributable to the banking institution, there is a delay in the
return of the
amounts paid.
For
its part, the CLIENT may cancel the service
manner after payment of the usage fee, in accordance with the following:

If
the cancellation is made 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled date for the
service, BOATY will refund 100% (one hundred percent) of the entire payment
made.

If
the cancellation is made 10 (ten) days prior to the scheduled date for the service,
BOATY will refund 50% (one hundred percent) of the entire payment made.

If
the cancellation is made one day or less before the scheduled date for the BOATY
service, no refund will be made.
